Passport - (from French word "passeport") – official document issued by the government of a particular country, identifying the holder as a citizen of that country. When the person is going abroad the majority of the countries also issue the foreign passport. In the Russian Federation the passport is issued to the citizen who is 16 years or over. This document contains special marks about the place of registration and residence, marriage, children, foreign passport issued etc.

Driver's license - also used as a basic identification card (identity card, ID card). It is issued after passing an examination in a Department of Motor Vehicles.
